TomTom Touch wristband phone notifications with Samsung S6

On my phone app, fitness trackerdevice settings, the slider for phone notifications is greyed out and I cannot select it. I want to receive notifications of incoming calls and SMS. Touch serial no is JC1386H02577 and phone is Samsung Galaxy S6
