Struggling to get music onto the Spark 3 watch

Hi ,

Going crazy trying to get music onto my new watch!!
Using mac OS and the TomTom Spark 3 music watch.

Keep getting below message

Ive read all the posts on this, my music is NOT DRM

What is going wrong??

I have shared the library in itunes, checked that the music is not DRM protected, so why is this so damn difficult??

    Not sure about Mac ...finding the playlists worked out of the box for Windows 10 for me.
    However, for the Win10 version, I saw there also is an option to set the folder where to find your playlists. I found it under settings/advanced settings. Have you tried that?
