Can't install VIO app

Hi, I am experiencing the same troubles with Android 7 Huawei P9 Lite phone... It s impossible installing and/or using the app...: It crashes continuosly in different fases of the installation progress or of the use (in the rare cases in which you are able to install it!!); sometimes the app crasches and go in a restart/crash loop; Voices does not works (not compatible with system language error!)... Asked to tom Tom Support and they are still investigating!
I do not know what to do with my tomtom Vio now... :-(

    This issue with the app crashing with an error message is indeed under investigation. Unfortunately, we are not able to quote on an exact time for this to be fixed.

    Sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have sent a heads up to the customer service about this, so someone will be getting in touch with you very soon.

    Thank you, vikram... actually now my Vio is useless if I do not buy a different smartphone!
