I am not at all happy with tomtom

after a couple of years with a tomtom with lifetime maps
been advised today that tomtom will not be sporting me anymore
few days notice

NOT HAPPY TOMTOM

LIFETIME 2 YEARS ??

    That is only true if the serial number of your VIA 620 starts with "WM"

    If not check with Customer Services

    Your device is not declared end of life(Serial number starting with 'WN').

    The EoL is not impacting lifetime maps, it is only the support which has been discontinued.

    yes it is WM serial number
    yes it is only a few years old (purchased new aug 2013 - still as new condition)
    think a life time is more than a few years

    Still not at all happy with TomTom for no more support
