Can't sync activities via Bluetooth

I use TomTom Sports APP on Android phone to sync my activities via Bluetooth, it shows sync complete but I can't find my activity in the APP, web page either.
I also use USB connector to connect my Sports watch but it won't sync anymore.
So there is no new activity in my record.

    You may have multiple emails and are logged into the wrong account or there may be some other account issue. My suggestion would be to call Customer Support who can look at your account and determine where the files are going. To get the number for Customer Support, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is
