Everytime i go to sync them the app works perfectly fine but watch doesn’t. It finds the phone but automatically goes off the pin and doesn’t give my phone chance to connect, i’ve tried loads of times but it won’t work. It also never gives me the option to ‘sync’ or ‘pair new’. Any ideas on what i can do?

did You update watch recently ? there are some problem with newest firmware version for watch.
