Order for Spark 3 watch strap

Hello sir/madam,

On 12 december 2017 I've ordered a TomTom Watch 3 strap (Dark

Blue – Large).

This has been delivered via UPS around 20th of December. I was not at home because of a business trip. The item has been dropped off at a 'UPS pick-up adress', Print and Inkt Bilderdijk. I've been there around the 30th of december. Unfortunately my ordered item wasn't there anymore. Later I got the message that was send back to TomTom.

Can I receive a new one ore the one that originally has been delivered?

    You need to call Customer Support to handle this, there is nothing that can be done on the user forum (and you should not post your email on a public forum). To get the number for Customer Support, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is
