TomTom Via 120- Lifeitme maps missing

Hi there,

I have TomTom Via 120 with lifetime maps but when I connect to MyDrive Connect i get no option to update the maps which are still showing as 2011.

S/N is ANxxxxAxxxxx.

Can anyone help please?

    Suggest you contact Customer Support. If you are entitled to Lifetime maps then they can sort out your account..
