Speed camera europe update

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me why the Europe speed camera update is 17.99 ukp but as I have to buy it in Spain, because their system wont allow me to buy it via the UK site, I will have to pay 29.95 euro for what must be the same updates?
I did ask customer service via email 12 days ago but to date still no reply.

    Hi Vikram,
    Thanks for the reply, I look forward to hearing from Customer service. My original post to them was to ask why I could not avail myself of a special offer (13.99ukp) via the UK site for the speed camera updates, I suspect that offer is now long gone.
