TomTom Touch stuck

    You need to go to tomtom.com/123 (which it is showing on screen), download and install the Connect software and then plug the device into the computer.

    In that case call Customer Support. To get the number for Customer Support, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is
