So I thought I would go down the other route by jumping through the hoops on here and first choosing from the list of in-car navigations for a (Mazda CX-3), which by the way mine is not listed from the images provided, but hey-ho I chose the next best one for my model car just to hopefully get me to some sort of support. It then displays the green button at the bottom of the next page to 'contact Customer Care' but bu99er all happens when this is clicked on.
I've never known a more difficult customer support to get hold of. Why they list themselves I really don't know.
