    Could you please elaborate a little bit more to explain when exactly do you get an error and if you also let us know the error message or a screenshot, please?

    Are you using the Android or the iOS version of the GO mobile app?

    Sorry, I can't give any more Details.
    I' m using the Android Version.
    Whenever I try to OpenOffice TomTom
    Go Mobile it says "App wird geladen" but nothing more happens.

    There is a technical issue which is under investigation where the GO MOBILE app gets stuck/freezes on the loading screen.

    I would suggest you try few steps mentioned below:

    # Uninstall the app, log out of the Playstore.
    # Delete Android / data / com.tomtom.gplay.navapp and Android / OBB / com.tomtom.gplay.navapp.
    # Once done please close all the apps which are running in the background and reboot the phone.
    # Open the Playstore login and reinstall. Reopen the TomTom app and test

    Should this not resolve the issue then please report it to the customer service so they can keep a track and collect similar reports which should speed up the investigation process.

    Are you trying to open TomTomGO with another app??

    Can you give some details about how you open TomTomGO??

    You say you can not give any more details.

    Did you install TomTomGO or did someone else??
