  As an example looking at the small grey strap here https://www.tomtom.com/en_us/sports/accessories/straps/grey-small/ and scrolling down to the bottom there is a list of compatible products which seems to list your TomTom Runner 2 Cardio, so you should be good to go.

  Just wanted to say that I did contact customer support and the response was excellent. They asked me what kind of strap I needed, color, size. Followed up through emails. And sent it for free!
  I couldn't be happier and I'm using my watch again!
