Speed camera update dosen't work in Uconnect

I bought the speed camera update for south america, but it dosen't install in the Uconnect device, although it is annouced as compatible in the site. TOMTOM do not ansewer my requests to refound me the money back. I'm very upset. Never trust this company.

    I have same problem. I bought camera update for south america in 01/01/2017, order n# 40xxxxx75 and the update doesn´t appear in mydrive connect to proceed the instalation. TOMTOM do not reponde my email neither my phone calls.
