Hello,

One year ago, I purchached a pack of one year updates fot my carminat tomtom. I updated three times along the year and today I realized that the last one was not performed so I tried to do it, But tomtom Home is not offering me any map update.
I'm almost sure I only updated my device three times, and of course, I'm not asking for the current most up-to-date map if the one I payed is the previous one.

Please, could someone help me with this?
