Good day,
I have a Tom Tom 3 and it won't connect to my P9 phone, I read all the instructions given on the forum plus downloaded all the latest versions etc. Still no success . . .

There is a known issue with the Huawei phones:

You will have to sync by computer until it is fixed (if it is at all - TT has left the sports watch market altogether and is not producing any new devices so they may never fix it).

There's a known issue with the Huawei P8/P8 lite phones not pairing with the watch, We've not seen any issues reported with Huawei P9 phones. Can you please connect your watch to the computer and make a factory reset?
The software version 1.7.60 will be offered in Sports Connect. Once you update the watch, try to pair it again with the smartphone. Let us know the outcome!
