Product not working XL 30 — TomTom Community

Product not working XL 30

Apparently, the software on my XL 30 series has been corrupted and doesn't start the device any more. When I launch TomTom Home (or Connect), the computer doesn't see the device. Therefore, no other action is possible. However, the device can be explored with the Finder (I have a Macbook Pro). Is there anyone that can help and provide the right software and a means to re-install it?
