Still unable to pair with my samsung S7 even after the morth recent update (15/12/2017) Help!!

I recently had my Tomtom Spark watch replaced due to having a software fault and the watch was completely unusable (October). Once it was replaced the new watch appeared to use a new software but had issues connecting to a phone via Bluetooth to the Sport App, as discussed with a member of the TomTom customer service team. I thought maybe the most recent update may have sorted this bug but i still cannot get my watch to connect to my phone ! is it just me still having this issue?

How can i resolve this?
