Runner 3 does not synchronize with the app

Watch connects with iphone, but only for a second. Not enough time to synchronize. I already tried to reset the watch, uninstall the app, turn off phone. In short everyting on the faq's. Could somebody help me

    Have a look at the spark and other threads and you will see plenty of people in a similar position.

    If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for many users with the new update. They are reportedly working on a fix, but no timeline has been communicated. In the meanwhile you always have the option of syncing via computer. If you go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version it should fix it, although you will lose the Fitness Points and Fit age features:
