Un acknowleged map update purchases.

I purchased one year map updates on 18 September 2017. Transacted on my credit card. Transaction recorded with bank. I have not received ANY updates or acknowledgement of purchase. WHERE IS A PHONE NUMBER OR A REAL FUNCTIONING EMAIL ADDRESS I CAN USE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE?
