GO Mobile on iOS 11.1.2 - Stuck on loading

    Welcome to the Community & sorry for my late reply!

    Are you still facing this issue? Can you please try the following steps and let us know the outcome?
    • In the iPhone settings, go to ‘iCloud’
    • Go to ‘iCloud Drive’
    • Scroll to find the GO Mobile App app and toggle the app to ‘Off’'
    • Now, uninstall the app by ‘Tap and hold’ the app icon till it starts shaking and click the ‘x’ in the top right corner of the icon.Install the app again on the phone to see if the same behaviour exists.

    Hi lampard,
    thnx for your reaction.
    I don’t use iCloud, so I uninstalled GO mobile app and
    installed it again from the app store.
    I downloaded the maps I use snd everything worked normally again.

    Ok so i was having an issue where the maps just wouldnt download. The instruxtions above arent accurate because in settings->icloud there isnt a settingunder icloud deive for Go.

    i turned off icloud drive completely and the maps atarted downloading, when I then turned iCloud Drive back on the Go option turned up.

    anyway, stopped the app, started it again with no problem. iCloud Drive is enabled.

    looks to me like the devs need to learn the iCloud API a bit better.

    It would be nice if TomTom offered any customer services at all. You can only contact offshore people in chat, they don’t have a clue, promise to send fixes by email, and don’t.

    TomTom isn’t a safe product to be buying atm.
    We are cancelling subscriptions on Monday.
