GO Mobile app doesn't show all kind of traffic incidents

In Norway, on some roads there's actually packed snow.
Both MyDrive-website en MyDrive app show this, but the Go Mobile app doesn't show anything related to packed snow.
Is this meant to be?

    Same for 'Traffic regulations have been changed' (you see that often in Sweden).

    @RGM71, I will have to check this, the missing incidents on the app, are they when you are using the mobile data? Could you also check this using wifi internet connection?

    Hi @VikramK,

    It is with both (WiFi and mobile data). The other traffic incidents are displayed correctly (both WiFi and mobile data).

    New example: weather-related traffic incidents in Belgium and the Netherlands don't show up in the GO Mobile app (both WiFi and mobile data), even not when they're causing delay.
    (Alle the orange lines are weather-related traffic incidents.)

    Let it snow ... but not in Go Mobile.

    A few incidents causing longer delays appear in the app.

    Today the situation is the same or even worse because of more and heavier snow, but according to the GO Mobile app there's nothing the matter. :astonished:

    I hope this can be fixed very, very soon. When driving conditions are bad because of no matter what reason, I want to be informed about it. Just like MyDrive is doing.

    Due to too many things, the community staff will not be able to report everything that is posted and sometimes there could be a delay like it happened in this case.

    You're welcome, of course :smiley:

    I assume that for these 3 types of traffic incidents I don't have to contact customer service also, since the Traffic Team now has all the information.

    The issue with the 'sleet'-incidents is also confirmed by EthoZ, so I think it's not likely that this is an issue with only my device...
