Broken strap-Spark

Hi There,

Early 2017 my son was given a Tom Tom spark for his birthday. He loves the watch however in only 10 months the band has broken 3 times. On the first two occasions I took it back to the place of purchase and they replaced the whole watch. Clearly they are not getting better. The band has just broken again and I have decided to go to Tom Tom, however I can not get on to customer support on their website for some reason.
Can anyone assist me to get in contact with someone that might be able to help as I am becoming extremely frustrated with the situation?
I am in Australia if that helps
