Battery life got worse and worse...firmware 1.7.53

Hi there,

I own a Runner 3 updated to latest firmware 1.7.53.
Notifications off, Sync manual, HR on, sleep on.
Battery life is embarrassing compared to previous firmware.
Is there an update soon?

    Turning HR off helped for me, all other features work as normal. HR causes my watch to show dead battery after 3-4 hrs. I'm also waiting for the update. You can also pm some tomtom staff to switch you back to the last stable version (1.3).

    I tried factory reset MULTIPLE times. Nothing changes...I get to charge my Runner 3 almost daily...this is ridiculus...It used to last almost ONE WEEK.
    Get an update fix as soon as possible TomTom....com'on.

    Hi Giacomo,

    I've linked your account to the old software update 1.3.255 which is a workaround for the battery issues. When you now do a factory reset, your watches will return to 1.3.255.

    Hi Lampard, after a few days with 1.3.255 I'm noticing the battery issue is still there. Maybe a bit better than with latest firmware but definitely not as I was used to. Doesen't last more than a couple days, WITHOUT any training usage, just sleep and HR monitoring on.

    Sigh.
