Error when downloading a new map

Hi! I'm trying to download the Eastern Europe map, but every time I click "proceed to payment" I get an error that the "IT payment server returned an unexpected error, code 236". It has happened at least a dozen times in the past week. Any idea what could be the problem? Thanks!

    Sorry for my late reply here..

    Never head of the error message you mentioned. Which country website are you using to order the map, I would suggest you try using the TomTom Ireland webshop- https://www.tomtom.com/en_ie/drive/maps-services/

    Also which browser are you using, did you try clearing the browser cache and trying again. I would also recommend you try using Chrome.

    Should that not help then please contact customer service for assistance.
