I'm having the same problem right after updating - watch no longer syncs with iPhone. I've gone through the steps (remove from Bluetooth settings, factory reset etc etc) but it's not working. Can I have some help too? Thanks.
Make sure you
1) "forget" the watch both under cell phone bluetooth settings
2) and in Tomtom app.
3) Then, try to connect it from within Tomtom app.
Works for me everytime on Iphone 6s.
The problem is, it happened on my first day when I bought the watch, and I could never connect it to my phone, it is not even on the list of known bluetooth devices, there is nothing to "forget". Same applies to 2), so 3) still does not work.
Thanks to Jurgen I was able to downgrade firmware and my runner 3 music cardio:$ acts normal again.
Now I can pair my earphones jaybird x3 and my iphone 6s
