Spark 3 doesn't connect to IPad after updating TomTom firmware

Hi,
I just updated the firmware of my Spark 3 to version 1.7.53
Now I can't get any connections between the Spark3 and my IPad. Before the firmware update it worked fine. I had version 1.3.255
I read it could have someting to do with the update. Can you help me?

If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for some users with the new update. They are reportedly working on a fix, but no timeline has been communicated. In the meanwhile you always have the option of syncing via computer. If you go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version it should fix it, although you will lose the Fitness Points and Fit age features:
