Order History- Voice not available for download

My order history is showing that I purchased Billy Connelly twice in 2014 !

I was having computer problems and cannot recall if I was charged twice or not at all, as there is no voice available to add to my device.

Can anyone tell me if it appears in order history that I have completed the purchase and if so how do I get it onto my device ?
