I placed an order for the Spark strap (small) on 28th October but they still haven't shipped the item even after so many days. Their policy states that the item will be shipped within 5 days and if it doesn't, they will at least intimate the customer by some means. Even the intimation did not happen. I had to call their customer care multiple times to check the status of my order. One time they mentioned that the stock is not available. If that is the case, why is it that it still shows "In Stock" in the store website?

Whom do I escalate such an instance of incompetence of the Tomtom India store to? And how do I do that?
