How to cancel a duplicated purchase?

I'm writing from Spain. I have a TomTom Live Via 125. I wanted to update the "Speed Cameras - Europe - 1 year" at €29,95.
I received the confirmation purchase e-mail but was not able to find the download link, I saw on 'my orders' that it was still pending so I thought I had not entirely finnished and did a new purchase. A new e-mail confirmation with a new order number was sent.
Both orders appear as pending... and still no link available for download! I do not want to be purchased twice for the same product. I am trying to contact the customers service but is not operative! only this forum...
Any help please!!!!
