Password reset failed

Hi I have a Tom Tom ride gust gone to activate maps etc Ot asks me to log in by connecting to my phone via blue tooth I have done this

Then asked to log in so I go to create a new account put in my user name as [email protected] and a password it the rejects my password I go to reset a new password I receive A email reset password and it rejects what ever I put in, numbers letters anything it just won't let me reset a password I am using over 6 character and no more than 12 is the program broken?

    Welcome to the community and sorry to hear about the reset password failure.

    I think we have an issue where the customers are not able to reset the password, I would recommend you to contact customer service and report this. As a workaround, you can also try using a different email address.
