Can't download the Speed camera's on Go 500

Just purchased 1yrs speed camera updates. Had confirmation emails but cannot see anywhere on 'MyDrive Connect' to download it.

    Have you looked at the Content tab? Are you logged into MyDriveConnect with same credentials used when you purchased the update?
