Installing an english computer voice on GO 5200 WIFI

I would like to add an english computer voice on my Tomtom GO 5200 WIFI.
Can please someone help me what to do?
I already have a Mydrive Connect account.

    I'll direct your request to a contact here who should be able to add the voice to your account so that you can download using Wifi.

    Check back Monday when the offices are open.

    Can you please PM me the serial number of your device? Also, first link your device to the TomTom account and update it using the MyDrive Connect. See here: Downloading and installing your map (MyDrive Connect)
