Cadence sensor for indoor (spin) bike that links to watch

Hi,

I have an indoor bike and so am unable to use the TomTom cadence sensor, as that requires spokes to attach the sensor (the indoor bike is a single and solid metal wheel).

What compatible sensors are there that will link to my watch and attach to an indoor (spin) bike’s wheel?

Thanks,
Ally

I do not know of any sensors that will do what you want as they all require a spoke sensor. What I did on mind was to use some sticky tape to affix the spoke magnet to the fly wheel and the pedal magnet to the pedal and placed the sensor in such a way that it could pick them both up. I set the wheel size to the size of the fly wheel and it works like a charm.

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
