Hi,
I've bought a tomtom Spark 3 and it doesn't work the hart rate. It continously blinks wihout showing any rate. Do you know what's wrong?
It doesn't work the sleeping tracker neither.

I hope anybody could help me.
Thanks

Are you sure you have a Cardio model, are there LEDs on the back and when you press down and go to About does it say Cardio at the top? Is the sensor on (press down and go to Sensor>Heart>On)? You may want to call Customer Support to ask them about it, but I would try a factory reset first in case it is just an issue in your firmware install. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

Due to the option, "Settings-> Heart -> On" (on the watch), I assumed that the watch has a buildin Heart Rate Monitor.
Not so crazy, if I may say so.

Checking the About information, it seems I have the Regular version.
If I understand your reaction correct, this version does not have the Heart Rate Monitor.

Strange that this it is not mentioned in the manual "how to check the Heart Rate Monitor" on the device :-(
    1 if it is available
2 how to connect to an optional band

Question, why can I set the option if no Monitor device is available in the watch or connected as optional asseccoires?
Maybe a suggestion for the programmers at TomTom:
The watch should be smart enough to only activate the option if the (optional) monitor is available.

They have one software for all devices, it is not worth the trouble to edit one menu for the minority of users without the built-in HR (something like 90% have the built-in HR). The assumption is when someone buys a device they know what they bought so they will know if they have it or not.
