Hi I'm using TomTom spark watch and have been for almost two years. I have it set to notify my or buzz with each km.
On my last two weeks of running it has become inaccurate. I complete my run and stop the watch at the designated length I wanted to run only to find when I download the information I'm about .5 km short .
The watch show today's activity as 18km but when I look at the details, map and splits it's only 17.5.
Same with only a 6km run....watch and daily activity says 6 but download with map, splits and details says 5.65
It used to be really accurate. Now I'm relying on my running buddy to keep me honest 18=18!!
I almost feel like it's measuring my steps or distance before I run although the gps is not switched on until I'm about to start.

    Hi.
I have same problem for now. When I run 6 km it shows(local mesarued healt park) allways less like 0.4-0.5 km missing. Other places is the same. Why it is like that?

Have you tried turning off autopause? It might be that your watch loses the GPS signal every now and then causing the app to wrongfully register this as "paused". It won't show up on your watch, but it will in the app. In that case, you will also see a difference between total time and active time in the app. Anyway, this was what caused the difference in my case.

You may want to call Customer Support to ask them about it, but I would try a factory reset first in case it is just an issue in your firmware install. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
