Hi all,

MikkoK will no longer be our Community Manager. I’m a little late telling you this as you may already have noticed some other names popping up in the last week.
Jürgen will be taking over the Community Manager position – many of you will know him already. Jürgen has been working on the community for many years and I’m pleased that he’s taking over this responsibility.

He will be supported by the very capable Vikram and lampard. They are both on holiday this week so in their absence you may have noticed Ekman lurking around and trying to help out where he can.

We do also have some exciting projects in the pipeline for the community so stay tuned! :)

Lorna

The French forum is handled by Arnaud L. and in case of his absence Silver Surfer will take care of it.

Does this also mean that reports that are posted here will be picked up again and send to the Traffic Team? It concerns Mapshare-reports of temporary closed roads which are not picked up automatically by the traffic system within the hour after reporting through Mapshare.

In this topic we made a quick and efficient way to reports these closures to the Traffic team, while reporting them through Customer Service is taking too much time and often don't result in a real closure through traffic information at all.

Yes, we will pick this up again since this is indeed the fastest way apply these changes.

I can't really say anything beyond what Will has posted dans Le Vestiaire on the French forum.

I hope he didn't use lane guidance to escape from the building as it would of never shown him the way. Well maybe for a few floors at most.

Good luck for MikkoK whatever he is doing now.
We will miss the single man who tried to reply for issues related with Rider device.
