My pin doesn't appear in the bracelet

I had my TomTomTouch connected with my iPhone, but then it run off battery and my iphone couldn't connect with tomtom touch.
I tried to connect tomtomsports but it asks for the pin that I've put in the first time and it didn't appear anymore.
After I read some foruns, I "forget this" in the tom tom touch and now I can't connect at all.
what can I do?
