Constant HR on Runner 3?

I have a Runner 3. Does the latest update allow you to see constant HR. I'm loving the notification update.

    No, there is no way to see HR constantly, it would be a battery drain, as the sensor would always be on (versus once every 10 minutes in 24/7 tracking mode). You can see your real-time HR by going to Sensors>Heart and it will displayed or go to an activity start screen and it will be displayed there. Alternatively you could start a treadmill or indoor cycling activity (so there is no GPS) and scroll to HR (but you will be using battery at a higher rate).

    Thanks for that. I didn't realise you could check your heart rate through Sensors/Heart.
