Battery charging

On my sports connect I get a tick on the charging screen after an hour or so's charging. On the watch it appears to be still charging as the bands are still moving a long time later. Can anyone tell me if this is normal and which reading is correct?

The readings can unfortunately differ, but when in doubt it's usually best to go on what's shown on your watch display. Once the battery icon is no longer moving/getting filled up there the watch should be completely charged.
