After a month of using my watch the strap inside snapped in half - was rather disappointed since I spent so much money on it. I am rather apprehensive to buy a new one if the same thing will keep on happening as the straps are expensive - has anyone else had this problem? Or do you think it was just unlucky ?
P.s - I do look after my watch really well and the size it perfect.

My strap broke after 2-3 month. Called TomTom and they sent me a new one. But be aware that it takes 6-7 days before you get the band in your hand.0

Iv struggled to get in contact with them of find contact details so I can address this issue- what contact details did you use if you don’t mind me asking ?0

I went to the Swedish page. Called the Swedish nr, but what I figured out is that the call is redirected to Holland i guess.
The strap was sent from Amsterdam if I were not misstaken. They probably do not have any local office in Sweden
or New Zealand. Hence, the band needed to be shipped from Amsterdam to Sweden through Germany, Denmark etc...
which took 7 days. Good luck!0 -

I had one strap break less than 3 months after purchase. I was very disappointed because I was super careful with it, because this is not the best designed strap, honestly. It started to break little by little until it finally snapped. And just now I had the second one break, totally snapped when I was taking the watch out. Please fix this! If this is gonna happen every few months there is no way I can keep up with this, they're not cheap these straps, and the quality is really questionable. It's a sports watch, it is meant to be durable. You guys have to fix this.0

tfarabaugh, thank you for your input! I filled out a form in the Portuguese site (I'm in Brazil), let's see how this is gonna go. Regardless, I strongly believe the design could use some improvement. The strap doesn't scream reliability to me. And I really think it should.tfarabaugh wrote:
Straps are covered under warranty do you should not be paying for them. They have a self service site to get replacement straps:
