Call Customer Support and ask them to send you out a new band, It should be covered under warranty. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

Hi, Have changed from Garmin to TomTom Touch and very disappointing. Clasp comes undone. Sync doesn't work, battery lasts 4 days perhaps. And its been more than 30 days so can't return the product.
I have had a similar issue. The clasp can get caught on clothing and the watch will ping off.
I actually lost mine whilst walking the dog. Was just incredibly lucky that a neighbour found it in the long grass. To stop it happening again I have added a small piece of PVC tubing (we use it at work as an insulator around cable harnesses)
I think it is actually a design flaw and needs a second retainer.
And the strap costs £25. That is nearly half the cost of the watch for the strap...
It will cost less than a couple of pounds to make, and I realise you need to make profit, but this is just daylight robbery.
I was looking to get a few different colours, but not at this price!

I'm sorry to hear of your problems with the straps!
You can request a warranty replacement here (change country in the bottom of the page, if needed).
Cheers, Mikko
The warranty will only last so long, it is like you are deliberately building in obsolescence.
I can buy the Touch from you for £60 on Amazon:-
