Moving the KM markers to correct split times (after running through a long tunnel)

I recently took part in a 10k running race that included a 2.5km tunnel. Because GPS signal was lost in the tunnel, the marker points at 1km, 2km and 3km are in the wrong place. This has affected my split times and after uploading my run to Strava it now says that I ran 1km in world record pace.

I'd like to correct this, simply by shifting these KM marker points to their correct positions, so that the splits are more accurate.

How can I do this?

Unfortunately it cannot be done. I imagine this is not what you were hoping to hear but let me know if this answered your question. If it did, please mark it as a solution so other can look for it if they have the same question.
