Hi,

I am happy that I received my TTA and also notice that there is no manual. Hope I can find how to utilize the best out of my TTA here.
Two things in my mind, where to download the manual and the TT software.

    It might be too late, but do not update the firmware, if you have not already. You may loose syncing with mobile app if you update. Lot of users have reported this after update from 1.3.255 to higher version. TT support is looking in to it no ETA.

    I have updated and see no issues with sync. Using OnePlus 3 Android phone.

    Hi All,

    I too have just recently updated to 1.7 and cannot sync with my phone.
    I have a LG G5 SE running Android 7.0.
    If I reset to 1.3 then everything works as usual.
    I have tried all of the fixes mentioned, to no avail.
    The watch shows the pin code, but the phone just keeps on looking for the watch.
    This is very frustrating as the main reason I recently bought this watch was for the phone notifications.

    Havent update my TTA. Am waiting for stable version. Keeping my eye on the forum.

    Update: I just update to version 1.7.53. I feel great about the update. First I feel that moving in all direction is more responsive (faster). Pixel become higher because the picture is smoother. The sport icon just got slimmer reducing fat about 10kg (jk). I tried to start running mode. I have good gps signal from my pc (indoor) and it connected fast for the second and third time. I guess Tomtom's people event make the vibration feel strong and I like it very much. I dont have to wait much longer to see each goal to run their number. It running faster now. Did I mention "points" in the goal section. Didnt see that in version 1.3.
