My watch will no longer connect to my phone. As per the thread about the LG phone I've done a factory reset, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and tried to re-pair. The watch doesn't appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices on my phone. When I try to pair new the watch briefly flicks to the screen with the pairing code on, before quickly returning to the main/time screen.
This is really frustrating, I've been trying to reconnect for a while now. Can anyone provide any advice on how to reconnect to my phone?
Thanks,
Toby

Hi,
You have newest watch (not TTRunner or Multisport). This topic is in wrong section of board. But I can tell You that some users have pairing or connection problems.
The bast solution is sending log files from Sports App:
In the Sports app go to Manage -> settings > Feedback > Report a Problem ( make sure include app usage is checked)

I might have misunderstood your reply, but I don't have the newest watch, I do have a Multi-Sport Cardio, it's a couple of years old (this one https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/sports/multi-sport/products/multi-sport-cardio-gps-watch/white-red/).
Thanks for the tip about reporting, I'm trying that.0 -

becouse is a lots of problems with new software fo TTRunner2 and newest watches
Did You updated Galaxy S6 recently ?

Maybe there is a problem with pairing.0 -
There is a problem with pairing, that is the problem!
I did already try a factory reset (and before that a soft reset).0 -
I have reset the watch. I have not reset the phone - I'd prefer not to have to really.
The phone receives updates (from Samsung) fairly regularly, I don't know if a specific update corresponded with when this problem started though.0 -
If You made all steps from this topis https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/runner-multi-sport-184/android-7-compatibility-to-pair-my-multi-sports-with-the-lg-v20-1016760 i think You did
You can also fill the form about BT issues and send to TomTom:

Yes, I did do that reset - the only bit I couldn't do was remove the watch from my phone's Bluetooth devices, as it wasn't there (I guess I'd already deleted it).
Thanks for the other link, I'll try that!0 -
Similar issue Spark 3 now on v 1.7.64 does connect to S6 but only for a few hours.
Does not show when searching for Bluetouch and does not connect straight off, I have to stop and restart Bluetooth each time and then it updates.
Might try going back to S5 and see if issue is phone or watch?0
