VIO Connecting problem with iPhone 7

I,
I’m trying to connect my ciò to my iPhone 7, has worked for a long time, then I haven’t used it for a while. Now vio is showing the scooter image but from the app the Bluetooth doesn’t found it. Can you help me?

    Welcome to the Community!

    I'd recommend you to remove the pairing from your phone as well as the VIO app, restart your phone and try again.

    i've tried to do this but after some minute onthe VIO appear the icon of the app and a question mark (?) under the icon, on the phone i pressed connect button but doesn't appear the VIO.
    Can you help me?

    Thanks you, looks like the reset worked. Just another question, is possible set the VIO with two different iphone at the same time? Thanks
