Since I have had a Wiley Fox Plus 2 (Android) mobile phone. I have had no issues with my watch syncing with my mobile. Now it has stopped syncing and I have to plug my watch into my laptop to upload my activities. This happened at the same time that I couldn't get into my Tomtom account. About 2-3 weeks ago. It no longer accepted me. So I had to reset my pass word. Do you think that doing a reset on my watch my resolve the problem or have I inadvertently turned something off on my Tomtom account/app. My bluetooth is turned on, on my mobile and I have sync to phone turned on, on my watch.
