TomTom Multisport cardio no longer syncing with my mobile phone.

Since I have had a Wiley Fox Plus 2 (Android) mobile phone. I have had no issues with my watch syncing with my mobile. Now it has stopped syncing and I have to plug my watch into my laptop to upload my activities. This happened at the same time that I couldn't get into my Tomtom account. About 2-3 weeks ago. It no longer accepted me. So I had to reset my pass word. Do you think that doing a reset on my watch my resolve the problem or have I inadvertently turned something off on my Tomtom account/app. My bluetooth is turned on, on my mobile and I have sync to phone turned on, on my watch.

    The app may have reset the pairing codes and can;t find it. I would resync following these steps: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, factory reset the watch, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.
