Dumb question,
But the release notes say:-
"We've enabled wrist selection, so if the device is on your right wrist the text will be the correct way up."
Where do I find that feature?

It is in the app, under Settings, and is only available for the Touch trackers, not the GPS watches. I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.0

Yes I have the touch tracker.
Both are up to date with software.
'Settings' on the phone app or on desktop?
Have looked in both and cannot see it.....
In the desktop there are several tabs - Profile, HR Zones, Preferences, Account, Apps.
Not obvious in any of those.0 -

Welcome to the Community!
If you're using the latest Sports App version 8.0.3 on your smartphone then pair the TomTom Touch with it, go to Manage>Device settings> Wrist placement. Hope it helps!

I am using a Android smartphone. Samsung S5. It is up to date and on 8.0.3 (build 527)
Manage>Settings (not Device Settings) and then there are 4 options:-
Wifi only
Help us improve
Auto pause
Stats and Rankings
Feedback
There is no heading for wrist placement!0 -

As far as I am aware yes.
Both done this week.
Slide 1 above shows watch software version at the top of 1.44.6
Slide 2 above shows app version number at the bottom of 8.0.3
Are these not the latest versions?0 -
OK, so the wrist selection is a nice to have. I can live without that, fine.
However, I am getting annoyed at the gesture wake up of the watch....
It comes on when you don't want it to - like in the middle of the night an wakes you up.
It also means that the battery is running out in half the time. So I am will now be removing the watch at night, which means it it not tracking sleep pattern.
You guys have broken it for me with this update. Can nobody please tell me what is wrong with my setup and how to fix it.
I have tried uninstalling the phone app and reinstalling it, forgetting the device and adding it again. The software does not show me the functions described in the release.
It is ridiculous!0 -
In the 'Manage' screen you need to tab on the Tracker to enter the 'Device Settings' screen where you can enable/disable these features.
