How can I contact TomTom after sale service?

I purchased an update Europe map on Aug 2, 2017 following a promotional tom-tom email. But I was charged fully for 69.95€. I want to get reimbursed.
I've send lots of mails to different e-mail that I found on TomTom site explaining my case since the beginning of August. No reply received yet.
That is why I need TomTom after sale contact.
Could any one please help me ?

    Thank U. I called this number in France. The reimbursement procedure seems complex. No other choice, I started it. I'll tell you how long il would take to get reimbursed.
