Sending locations inaccuracy on VIA 62-

I sent a destination from the route planner to my tom tom via 62 which was ok and it received ok and set off to the location when I got there the end point of the route was actually past the entrance of the car park to the place I wanted to go and this also happened when I went to a Sainsbury's store sent me up a road where u could not even get in to the store any ideas of help would be appreciated

    Always check the destination on your device. Especially POIs are often far from the real entrance and may even lead you to a wrong street.
